Tristan has extensive experience working with performance athletes. His background includes treating Premier League footballers, Racing drivers, Commonwealth gymnasts, triathletes and powerlifters. In depth physical assesment

You will be asked to perform specific movements in order to try and replicate your issue. The surrounding joints and muscles will also be tested in order to explain the underlying cause of your symptom.

Instant relief

Deep tissue massage, stretches, dry needling, manipulation, mobalisation, stretching and graston are then used as needed. Not all methods are used on everyone as some work better for certain people then others, so we do what is best for you.

Strengthening and rehabilitation

We will then show you very specific movements (they generally take less then 30 seconds 3 times per week). We make sure your technique is perfect and send you home with a video of your sepcific exercise. As your strength builds you will notice your symptoms dont return!

Improve movement patterns

Removing poor movement patters (such as poor posture) will then prevent issues from coming back - this will ensure you get long term relief from your aches and pains

Maintain

Now all thats left is to keep you in perfect condition and preventing any issues that arise in the future, depending how active you are this could be anywhere from a session every month or 2 all the way up to once or twice a year.
